THE NORTH LAKES TOUR

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Milan

Arrival at Milan International Airport and welcome to your French-speaking guide who will remain present throughout your circuit. Transfer to your hotel located in the city of Novara. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Lake Maggiore/Boromées Islands

Breakfast. Departure to Lake Maggiore. Boat trip to the Borromeo Islands: a visit to Bella Island, entirely occupied by the Borromeo Palace, famous for its caves and beautiful terraced gardens. Stop on the island of fishermen to discover its typical houses. Free lunch. Walk in the small town of Verbania that largely deserves its nickname of "garden on the lake". Free time to enjoy the village and the shores. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 3: Milan

Breakfast. Guided tour of Milan to discover the main monuments of the city: the grandiose Cathedral of extravagant Gothic style, the majestic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala and its famous opera house, the Castello Sforzesco... Free lunch. Free time for a personal discovery of the Lombard capital, for example in the "fashion quadrilateral" near Venice course. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: Lake Como/Lake Lugano

Breakfast. Departure for Lake Como. Guided tour of the capital of Italian lakes. Free lunch. Departure to the charming city of Lugano for the exceptional geographical location on the north shore of the lake. Leisure and walking through the city. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 5: Lake Garda Verona/Venice

Breakfast. Departure for Lake Garda. Arrival in Sirmione and walk through the pretty town bordering the south shore of the lake. Free lunch Departure to Verona. Guided tour of the city of Romeo and Juliet to discover the Arena, Juliet's house, Bra Square and ramparts. Departure to the hotel in the Venice area in the late afternoon. Accommodation in the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 6: Venice

Breakfast. Departure to the historic center of Venice. Guided tour of St. Mark's Square. You'll discover the famous Basilica, the exterior shall shall be found, the bell tower, the clock tower, and the famous Bridge of Sospires. You will visit one of the city's famous view of glassware. Free lunch. Free afternoon to enjoy the beauties of the Serenissima. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 7: Padua and Venetian vineyard

Breakfast. Departure in the direction of Padua, the city made famous by St. Anthony. In its elegant old town, you'll visit St. Anthony's Basilica from Padua, the valley lawn and its 71 statues. The walk will take you to the famous Café Pedrocchi, from Herb Square to Fruit Square and Piazza dei Signori. At the end of the visit, continue to one of the most renowned vineyards in the region. Visit the castle and its cellars followed by a tasting lunch. In the afternoon, I continue to Milan. Accommodation in the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: departure from Milan

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time according to the departure times of the flight, transfer to Milan International Airport. End of our services.
