ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Rome

Arrival at Rome Fiumicino International Airport and welcome to your guide who will remain present throughout your circuit. Transfer to your hotel located in the region of Rome. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Rome/Ostuni region

Colazione. Partenza per la Puglia. Pranzo libero lungo il percorso. Arrivo in zona Ostuni. Sistemazione in hotel. Cena e pernottamento.

Day 3: The Valley of Itria: Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino

Breakfast. Departure to Alberobello, the city of Trulli, these small circular houses topped by a conical roof. Guided tour of this unique city, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll discover the 1400 trulli close to each other in the hills of the Monti Ward and the small AIA. Continue to Locorotondo through the Itria Valley, whose red soil is planted with vines and olive trees. Free lunch. Visit the concentric alleys of Locorotondo, leading to the top of the hill for sumptuous valley views. Visit to the village of Cisternino, ranked among the most beautiful in Italy. Its houses with courtyards and outdoor staircases have a typically oriental appearance. The city offers a wide panorama of the countryside dotted with Trulli. Return to your hotel at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: Ostuni/Lecce

Breakfast. Departure for the guided tour of Ostuni. Surrounded by ramparts and perched on three hills, the sparkling white town overlooks the Adriatic Sea. You will discover its magnificent Cathedral and its alleys where hundreds of artisans work. Continue to Lecce for a guided tour of this jewel of Baroque art that has more than 40 churches and many palaces, not forgetting its Roman amphitheater. Free lunch. Return to the Ostuni area in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 5: Matera/Bay of Naples

Breakfast. Departure for Matera, famous for its stones, the troglodytic dwellings carved into the limestone tuff. Your guided tour will take you to discover this prodigy of Mediterranean architecture populated since prehistoric and recently renovated. Free lunch. Continue to the unforgettable Gulf of Naples. Accommodation in the hotel in the area. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 6: Naples

Breakfast. Guided tour of Naples. In the old town, you'll discover Piazza del Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto I, Castel Nuovo, the exterior of Castell dell’ Ovo, before strolling through the streets of the typical and popular district of Spaccanapoli. Free lunch. The visit to Naples continues. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 7: Pompeii/Rome region

Breakfast. Guided tour of Pompeii, the Roman city buried in the year 79 by the eruption of Vesuvius. As soon as you cross the Marina Gate, the visitor imagines with emotion the animation of the Roman city walking through the streets, entering the villas, discovering the hole, temples and theaters. Departure to Rome. Free lunch along the way. Arrival in Rome, hotel accommodation. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 8: Departure from Rome

Breakfast. Free time according to the departure schedule of the plane and transfer to Rome Fiumicino International Airport. End of our services.
